Shallow Thoughts by Ed Kaz
I often wonder about the expression "threw the baby out with the bath water."
There must have been someone in like the 1840s who actually threw a baby out with the bath water. Another dude walked by and saw a baby on the pavement covered with bathwater and thought "This would make a mighty nice expression!"
Me? I'd rather just re-invent the wheel myself.
Thanks for reading.

You are a trip!
I often wonder about the things that you wonder about. You do indeed march to a different, but excellent drummer, Edmund!
yes, I've wondered about that myself.
when I was a nurse in Pediatrics I would have to tell the mom's what tempature to give their babies a bath in and it reminded me of Red Skelton giving a baby a bath-a skit-if it turns blue it's too cold and if it turns red it's too hot.
Off Topic: Is what you've said on Facebook true? You've been temporarily silenced? How bizzare! I've never heard of such a thing!!!
@Stacey - really? I don't think you could silence him?
@Stacey - Yeah. It's happened to other people too. Very strange.
